Refund policy
Since every order is individually customized for each customer, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges. After the item is purchased, I am unable to accept cancellations. Please know this before you checkout. If you are unsure about sizing or style, reach out to me, as I can help before you make your decision.
I am unable to provide exchanges or refunds. Since some of my shoes are rare and hard to find, some of the shoes might not have the box or the lid, the box might have flaws or damage, or the paper inserts might be missing. Prior to processing an order, I try to reach out to my customers to let them know about it as a curtesy.
Most of my listings contain sizing recommendations. If you have any questions about sizing, please read the item description before placing an order. In order to prevent any sizing issues or misunderstandings, please try to email or DM me personally to make sure the size is accurate before the order is placed.
After the order has been shipped, a shipping email will be sent directly to you via email with the tracking number. When the item has been delivered, I am not responsible for what happens after delivery. Buyer should be responsible and prepare for a package being delivered.
All Customs, Import fees, and Duties are full responsibility of the buyer.
