Terms of service

Class by Lauren is based in the United States.  All sizes listed are in US sizes.  It is the buyer's responsibility to research the shop's information and policies before purchasing any items.  If the buyer mistakenly orders incorrect sizes due to this particular circumstance, it will be necessary for them to handle the situation accordingly. Class by Lauren purchases all shoes from the manufacturer or authorized retailers. All shoes are 100% authentic. Crystals are applied to all orders. Class by Lauren is responsible for the crystal customization of each order. If an issue arises with the sneaker/shoe itself and not the actual crystals, the buyer will need to contact the manufacturer, not Class by Lauren.
