Shipping policy

US Customers

All orders are shipped via USPS within 2–3 weeks of purchase, as each pair is hand-customized specifically for the buyer after the order is placed.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday only.

Your order confirmation email will include the estimated processing and shipping timeframe for your order. Please review all email communications from Class by Lauren carefully, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to read and keep track of all order-related communications.

Please do not email asking when your order will arrive before reviewing your order confirmation and the stated processing timeframe.

Due to the limited availability of certain styles, some orders may occasionally take longer than the typical processing time. If your order is expected to be delayed, I will personally reach out to you with an update.

International Customers

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

At checkout, you will be able to view the shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option. Please review this information carefully before completing your purchase so you can select the shipping method that works best for you.
